UNICS outscored Kranye Krylya 72:62 in the PBL Championship Round 11 on Saturday.
Terrell Lyday scored 17 points and made 5 rebounds while Vladimir Veremeenko followed him with 12 points and 6 rebounds for UNICS.
Gerald Green made a double-double with 20 points and 10 rebounds in the losing effort.
UNICS may tadke the lead in PBL in the next game against CSKA in Kazan on February 5.
