Surovtsev won the BEKO PBL Championship MVP Round 16

Surovtsev, Baxter, Likhodey, Zhukanenko, Keyru and Labovic became the most valuable players of the BEKO PBL Round 16.

Lokomotiv-Kuban guard Alexey Surovtsev gained the MVP title of BEKO PBL Round 16. Russian guard was close to perfection in all basketball skills and nearly made a quadruple-double in the game against CSKA. That could be a unique achievement which only four times has been made in NBA and never has been made in Europe. Surovtsev scored 14 points, made 9 rebounds, 8 assists and 7 steals. Also he could make a triple-double which hasn’t been made in the BEKO PBL before. The guard helped his team to get a victory over Russian champion and take a lead in the BEKO PBL Championship. His ranking is 31.

Enisey center Lonnie Baxter made his fourth double-double in the season in the game against Krasnye Krylya and gained the second place in the Round 16 MVP rating. Baxter scored 15 points, made 11 rebounds, 2 blocked shots and 1 assist. His ranking is 27.

Triumph forward Valery Likhodey is the third in the rating. Likhodey scored 22 points, made 2 rebounds, 2 assists and 1 blocked shot. His rating is 26 despite of his team was defeated by Dynamo.

Dynamo center Alexey Zhukanenko gained the fourth place with 25 ranking points with third double-double in the season. Zhukanenko scored 19 points, made 11 rebounds and 2 steals. Moreover 7 times he made opponent players to commit fouls on him.

Two players gained the fifth place in the rating. Dynamo guard Victor Keyru and Enisey forward Dragan Labovic gained 24 ranking points each. Keyru scored 24 points, made 4 rebounds and 2 assists. Labovic scored 20 points, made 7 rebounds, 2 steals, 1 assist and 1 blocked shot.

Symbolic five. Round 16.

Krasnye Krylya Ernest Bremer came in symbolic five as a point guard. Bremer’s ranking is 18.
