Vasily Karasev's team took initiative in the second quarter but after a big break Spartak recovered and even took a lead. In the last period Triumph played better and eventually won. In Triumph McKee scored 24 points, Karasev - 23. In BC Spartak Mavrokefalidis added 25 points and 6 rebounds.

In BC Triumph Kyle Landry scored 22 points, Sergey Karasev added 16 points and 7 rebounds, Tywain Mc Kee - 15 points and 7 assists. In BC Enisey Jason Rich scored 21 points and 7 rebounds, Zabian Dowdell added 17 points and 9 assists.

The game was equal till the half-time, after big break the home team took a lead but eventually the experience and coolness of BC Khimki players allowed them to score a very important road victory - 82:90. Paul Davis and K.C. Rivesr scored in 19 points each, Vitaly Fridzon added 16 points. In BC Triumph Sergey Karasev scored 16 points, Yuval Naimy - 15 points.

On Wednesday, February 20, 2013 Eurocup Last-16 last games were played. Three Russian clubs suffered road defeats: PBC Lokomotiv-Kuban Krasnodar was beaten by Stelmet Zielona Gora, BC Triumph Lyubertsy - by Budivelnik Kiev and BC Spartak St Petersburg - by Cajasol Seville. Despite this fail Loko and Spartak will continue fight for the Eurocup trophy in the quarterfinals. Triumph ended its 2012/2013 European way.

Spartak St Petersburg confidently defeated Cajasol Seville, Lokomotiv-Kuban Krasnodar swat away Stelmet Zielona Gora. As for BC Triumph Lyubertsy it lost to BC Budivelnik Kiev and UNICS Kazan was defeated by Ratiopharm Ulm.

On Friday, December 21, 2012 UNICS Kazan within the bounds of PBL championship hosted BC Triumph Lyubertsy and scored a very confident victory. From the very beginning the home team took the lead and didn't allow BC Triumph to show its best. Guests' leaders Tywain McKee and Kyle Landry because of injuries didn't take part in the game. In UNICS Kazan Kaimakoglou scored 19 points, in BC Triumph Sergey Karasev added 22 points and 5 assists to become the best player of the Moscow Region team.

Victor Khryapa added 19 points and 7 rebounds, Nenad Krstic - 16 points and 6 rebounds - in CSKA, Sergey Karasev scored 19 points and grabbed 7 boards, Tasamin Mitchell - 12 points - in BC Lyubertsy Triumph. CSKA Moscow still has no losses in PBL championsip. As for BC Triumph it has 3-5 record now.

On Wednesday, December 12, 2012 Lokomotiv-Kuban Krasnodar, UNICS Kazan, Spartak St Petersburg and BC Triumph Lyubertsy played on the road last Eurocup regular season games and all scored victories. Loko beat Trefl Sopot, UNICS swat away Telenet Oostende, Spartal swept out Cholet Basket and BC Triumph in the extra time overcame Artland Dragons. Eventually all Russian clubs entered Eurocup Last 16.

BC Triumph and BC Spartak St Petersburg scored confident victories within the bounds of Eurocup, BC Krasnye Krylia - in EuroChallenge. As for UNICS Kazan and PBC Lokomotiv-Kuban, they suddenly were defeated at home by the teams from Poland and Ukraine accordingly.

The home team hold well first half but then relaxed and in the very ending suffered a painful defeat. Ex-Triumph player Davon Jefferson made his debut for BC Enisey. Tywain McKee added 18 points in Vasily Karasev's team and Alexey Kotishevsky - 15 points in BC Enisey.

BC Triumph Lyubertsy, UNICS Kazan and BC Spartak St Petersburg won their Eurocup matches, BC Krasnye Krylia succeeded in EuroChallenge. Unfortunately PBC Lokomotuv-Kuban was swat away in the road by Galatasaray Medical Park.

In the PBL Championship game, held in Lyubertsy on Sunday, November 25, 2012 BC Triumph hosted BC Spartak St Petersburg and won in a bitter struggle. The decisive throw was done by Sergey Karasev before 0.2 seconds to the buzzer. Karasev turned to be the best scorer of the match: 18 points. Now Triumph has 3 wins and 3 losses in PBL standings and ranks at six place. Spartak has a 4-3 record and occupies fifth place.

Spartak St Petersburg swat away Ratiopharm Ulm, PBC Lokomotiv-Kuban destroyed Galatasaray Medical Park, UNICS Kazan on the road defeated Panionios BC Athens and BC Triumph Lyubertsy left no chances to VEF Riga.

Nick Calathes with 16 points and 8 assists and Andrey Zubkov with 16 points and 6 rebounds made a huge contribution to the Loko's triumph. Tywain McKee added 23 points for BC Triumph.

On November 14, 2012 five Russian clubs participated in European Cups' games: Lokomotiv-Kuban, UNICS Kazan, Spartak St Petersburg and Triumph Lyubertsy - in Eurocup, BC Krasnye Krylia Samara - in EuroChallenge. All of them made great strides toward next steps of the tournaments: Loko beat Trefl Sopot, UNICS was better than Telenet Oostende, Spartak defeated Cholet Basket, Triumph succeeded in the overtime vs Artland Dragons and Krasnye Krylia won over CSU Asesoft Ploiesti.

The game was very evenly matched in the first half, but then Triumph's tiredness showed up and the visitors took advantage of it. Games 3 and 4 to take place on 18th and 19th of May in Krasnodar.

The home side had a several runs in this game, but Loko always came back courtesy of KC Rivers' 3-pointers. But they couldn't score in the opening 5 minutes of this period and Krylya took full advantage. The game went into in overtime, where the hosts managed to maintain composure and grab this vital victory. They have increased their chances to make it into Top 4 of the BEKO PBL championship.

The visitors were down by 6 after the first half, but it was the third quarter that became crucial. Triumph managed to hold UNICS to just 6 points and won it 21-6. The game went to an exciting end, but the Moscow region side kept the lead and Sergey Karasev made all the decisive free throws.
